思普技术（东莞）有限公司专业从事电子焊接辅料的研发及销售,主要产品有SMT锡膏系列，包括超细间距印刷锡膏、通孔低温锡膏、散器模组锡膏、芯片封装锡膏、元器件封装锡膏等各系列锡膏。同时公司还研发生产销售SMT红胶、助焊剂、清洗剂、焊锡膏等高新技术产品。公司秉持“化学反应、创新思维及融合应用”的经营理念，带领公司团队在共同努力下走好技术创新之路，同时实现与国际接轨，产品远销北美日本欧洲等地。

Its main products are SMT solder paste series, including superfine spacing printing solder paste, through hole low temperature solder paste, disperser module solder paste, chip packaging solder paste, component packaging solder paste and other series of solder paste. ITRI-国际锡业协会(www.itri.com.cn)是世界锡行业最重要的、权威的、非盈利会员组织，在与锡相关的技术领域有着超过80年的历史经验。国际锡研究协会的核心目标是支持和鼓励现有的锡的使用以及新应用。自成立以来，它一直非常关注并长期支持锡下游行业的发展。ITRI-国际锡研究协会是最早研究锡焊料技术的机构之一，在全球焊料行业具有相当的权威性，并建立了广泛的行业网络。国际锡研究协会于2009年进入中国，并在北京设立代表处。
ITRI-IPC中国焊料技术理事会（www.solder.org.cn）是由国际锡业协会（ITRI）与国际电子工业联接协会（IPC）在中国电子与焊料行业发展与转型时期诞生的新组织。CSTG的宗旨是为焊料及电子组装企业搭建沟通桥梁，致力于解决焊料行业链关键性的技术问题，发起合作项目并提供解决方案，推进新一代焊料产业链技术的进步与发展。CSTG正在和未来将要开展的工作重点是焊料基本性能数据库的建设、焊接缺陷数据库的建设、焊料产品辨别DVD、联合开发新焊料技术等。

Itri-ipc China Solder Technology Council (www.solder. Org. CN) is a new organization born in the period of development and transformation of China's electronics and solder industry by the International Tin Industry Association (ITRI) and the international electronic industry connection Association (IPC). The purpose of Cstg is to build a communication bridge for solder and electronic assembly enterprises, to solve the key technical problems of solder industry chain, to launch cooperation projects and provide solutions, and to promote the progress and development of new generation solder industry chain technology. Cstg is and will focus on the construction of the basic performance database of solder, the construction of the welding defect database, the identification DVD of solder products, the joint development of new solder technology and so on.

ITRI-国際錫業協会（www.iti.com.cn）は世界錫業界で最も重要な、権威的な、非営利会員組織であり、錫関連の技術分野で80年以上の歴史的経験を持っています。国際スズ研究協会の中心的な目標は既存のスズの使用と新しい応用をサポートし、奨励することである。設立以来、錫下流業界の発展に非常に関心を持っています。ITRI-国際錫研究協会は錫半田技術を最も早く研究した機構の一つであり、世界の半田産業において相当な権威を持っており、幅広い業界ネットワークを構築しています。国際錫研究協会は2009年に中国に入り、北京に代表事務所を設立しました。
ITRI-PC中国溶接技術理事会（wwww.solder.org.cn）は、国際錫業協会（ITRI）と国際電子工業連合協会（IPC）が中国の電子とはんだ産業の発展とモデルチェンジ時期に誕生した新組織です。CSTGの目的は溶接材料及び電子組立企業のために交流橋を構築し、溶接材料業界チェーンの重要性の技術問題を解決することに力を入れ、協力プロジェクトを開始し、解決案を提供し、次世代の溶接材料産業チェーン技術の進歩と発展を推進することです。CSTGは今後展開する仕事の重点として、半田基本性能データベースの建設、溶接欠陥データベースの建設、半田製品識別DVD、共同開発新半田技術などを挙げています。
